馬尼拉灣景園酒店 (Bayview Park Hotel Manila)

酒店位置優越，服務態度也不錯，只是有些老舊，但是性價比較好，好像也比較安全，附近吃的很多，附近還有一家網紅牛骨髓湯，推薦

環境:舒適衞生:乾淨 服務:一開始安排的雙床房太小，提出問題後換到更大更寬敞的。 設施:樓頂天台有健身房，泳池衹適合小孩子遊玩。可以看海邊日落。

到馬尼拉的第一天入住這個酒店，到酒店的時間已經是晚上10點多了，前台辦理入住特別慢後來還説沒找到我的訂單，還好打印了紙質訂單才辦好，整個過程半小時，還好當時沒有其他客人。酒店設施很陳舊裝修風格是上世紀90年代的風格，且馬桶很不好用，丟了點餐巾紙就堵塞了，工作人員到很好馬上上門解決了。離開酒店的時候查房也查了很久，工作效率很低。最後等我回家才發覺，這家酒店我訂的是有窗的房間，結果當天給我的是434，435這兩間無窗房！早餐沒有色拉品種也特別單一，唯一的優勢就是地理位置了！

房間面向公路，玻璃窗隔音太差，基本上感覺不到窗戶是關閉狀態，清楚聽見窗外的摩託車噪音。左右房間玻璃窗和牆體縫隙是鏤空的，能清楚聽到左右隔壁房間裡人説話聲，整晚是模糊入睡，第二天精神太差。早餐吃完拉肚子。衞生間蟑螂太多，根本就無視人的存在，還朝腳上爬，怕蟑螂的謹慎入住。 The room faces the highway, and the sound insulation of the glass windows is too poor. The gaps between the glass windows and walls in the left and right rooms are hollowed out, and the voices of people in the adjacent rooms can be clearly heard. I fell asleep vaguely all night, and my spirits were too poor the next day. Having diarrhea after breakfast. There are too many cockroaches in the bathroom, ignoring the presence of people and crawling towards their feet. They are afraid of cockroaches and move in cautiously.

The hotel is generally good, but the receptionist was quite disappointing. Her name is Cyril. I had booked a Deluxe room with a view of Manila Bay and paid online, so I expected my room to be secured as I have communicated with the hotel multiple times about it and even indicated my request upon booking. After traveling on a 22-hour flight to the Philippines from another country, I was excited to see my room facing Manila Bay. While I was busy with my three pieces of luggage talking to the bellman, another lady arrived as a walk-in guest. She went to the reception desk before me and booked a regular room. I overheard Cyril, the receptionist, upgrading this lady's room for free to a Deluxe room with a Manila Bay view. After Cyril handed the key card to that lady, I approached her and reminded her that I had paid online and booked a Deluxe room facing Manila Bay. To my surprise, she informed me that the last room intended for me had been given to the other lady. She didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, she overlooked my booking and only gave me a key for one night instead of the two nights I had reserved. Once again, she didn’t apologize. Throughout our interaction, she never smiled, was very unresponsive, and failed to make eye contact with me, which I found quite rude. She didn't offer to assist me or explain the breakfast arrangements or any basic hotel policies. I felt overwhelmed and cried in my room because I was exhausted from the long journey and felt I had been treated unfairly by Cyril. I hope the hotel takes the time to address this issue with the receptionist and provides her with proper training in hospitality, or she could become a negative asset for the hotel.

There was no linen blanket only their brown comforter which serves as bed cover as well. The buffet breakfast was a simple affair, the food wasn’t anything spectacular and the coffee wasn’t freshly brewed. By the way, prepare for a parking fee for they are now collecting one. A 1,000 Php is also required as deposit however, refundable upon check out.

Good solid hotel right outside the U.S Embassy. Had all the amenities you’d need including a gym and swimming pool. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast each morning also. Well priced and located close to Rizal Park.

조식도 객실 청결도 직원 태도도 다 평균 이하입니다. 싼맛에 갔는데 아쉬움이 크네요.

The location is good . Walking distance from rizal park and museum and other establishments. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back again.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.
